    • In-Depth Assessment & Goal Planning Session (45-60 minutes) - This is where we really get to know each other. We'll review everything from your intake forms, talk through what matters most to you, and collaborate on creating a sustainable nutrition plan that fits your life, as well as, collaborate on identifying your first achievable step towards your larger nutrition goals.

    • Weekly check-ins allowing for plan adjustments as needed.

    • Access to personalized habit tracking tools and educational resources

    • Nutrition education with practical meal-building tools
